Pharmaceutical Tooling

Our engineers, shop leaders, and toolmakers have over 350 years combined experience on thermoform and cold form tooling for all major European manufactured form-fill-seal machines. We started building tooling in 1985 and since then have built tooling and specialty items for nearly all Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies.

Tooling we manufacture includes:

  • Complete sets of tooling – form tools standard, direct cooled or plug assist (can be heated) · Cold form tooling sets
  • Guide Tracks or Rails
  • Upper Seal Tools – standard, direct heated, hardened, flat ground or ground with 0.4mm, 0.6mm or 0.8mm knurl
  • Lower Seal Tools – standard, direct cooled, hardened, flat or ground with 0.4mm, 0.6mm or 0.8mm knurl, reverse knurled, and vulcanized rubber
  • Perforation Dies – standard, peel/push diamond utilizing our unique perforation blade clamping system
  • Cutting Dies – MT, ET, DT, and specialty dies
  • Lowerators with our unique design
  • Maintenance and repair of Form and Seal Tools, sharpening, overhauls and repairs of Cutting Dies and Perforation Dies

All tooling is designed and built completely in-house, utilizing our state of the art design and manufacturing equipment.
